The Old Course Ranfurly is a friendly, modern golf club where all members are equal. We take pride in welcoming members from all backgrounds, and we actively encourage those from our local community to engage within our club. We promote a club atmosphere which is relaxed and approachable.
We offer a selection of membership categories to suit golfers of all ages and ability.
Please feel free to come and see the clubhouse for yourself. We are happy to show you round the facilities and we can even offer you a chance to play the course.
The process of becoming a member at the Old Course is simple. You can start here by clicking on the Membership Pack link to the online form. Complete the online form or telephone 01505 613214 and ask for a Membership Pack to be sent to you.

At your initial visit, a member of our team will take all of your personal details, such as your address and date of birth. They will also take a full medical history to make sure that they are fully aware of any illnesses or medication that you may be taking and they can then treat you safely.
The dentist will then carry out a full check-up and chart all of your teeth and previous treatment, they will also assess the condition of your gums and your general oral hygiene and carry out an oral cancer screen. They may also take diagnostic x-rays.
If you need to have any dental treatment, your dentist will discuss this with you. They may give you a treatment plan and tell you what the cost is going to be.
You can make any further appointments as necessary.
Full Membership - £1025
Full membership offers full playing rights on the Old Course. This gains you eligibility into all club medals and competitions. Members can introduce guests to the course at a special rate (3 guests can be signed on per game), and each guest can be signed on a maximum of 6 times per annum.
Members also receive a 13% discount on all beverages from the bar. Membership includes full access to our practise facilities as well as an added option of locker rental. You will also have access to reciprocal deals with other clubs locally and nationally, as well as entry into the James Braid Association, which offers reduced rates at over 100 courses in the UK & Ireland.
Restricted Membership - £705
Play before 4.30pm on weekdays, and after 4.00pm on weekends.
Intermediate (Age 26-29) - £640
Intermediate Membership (Age 26-30) offers full playing rights on the Old Course. This gains you eligibility into all club medals and competitions.
